Signposting Offenders to Financial Capability Training, Debt Advice and Financial Services PDF) The guidance, funded by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), has three aims, namely, to:
Highlight the financial problems that offenders face;
Showcase examples of the ways in which organisations have attempted to address these problems, and Signpost offenders to organisations that can provide more in-depth advice to help offenders improve their, and their families’ financial circumstances.
